Smoke and a (little) heat... We use smoked Ancho chilies to give our sauce a bold but not overbearing flavor and added a little cayenne pepper to finish it off. A small amount of heat at the back of your throat that does not mask the flavor of your food.
 
All our sauces are made preservative and chemically free. No high fructose corn syrup, liquid smoke or fillers.
