INGREDIENTS:
1/4-1/2 Cup Verbena Irish Blend Black Tea
1 Gallon Water
1/3 Cup Honey
Juice of 5 lemons + more for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Divide loose leaf tea between your teabags.
In a saucepan, bring 1/4 gallon (1 quart or 4 Cups) of water to a boil, reduce heat.
Add teabags to the water in your saucepan and steep for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile add honey and juice of lemons to a 1 gallon pitcher.
Pour warm tea into pitcher, stirring to dissolve honey.
Top with remaining 3 quarts of cold water, stirring to combine.
Allow to come to room temperature, then refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Garnish with lemon wheels, if desired.
