INGREDIENTS:
1/4 Popcorn Kernels (Try our organic white popcorn from Severson Farms, link coming soon)
2 TBSP Verbena Butter Olive Oil
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oil over medium, high heat.
Add popcorn kernels and cover with vented lid or a full lid that is slightly ajar to let steam escape to keep popcorn crispier
One the kernels start to pop, give the pot a shimmy every several seconds to evenly distribute seeds
Once popping slows, remove the pan from the heat
When kernels are done popping remove lid, salt to taste, and serve
